Dawn holds more than 10 years of experience in fundraising and resource mobilisation for non-profit organisations in both the relief and development sectors combined. Prior to joining IDMC, she spent four years working in the conservation sector, most recently with the World Wide Fund for Nature as Relationship Manager, Major Donors.
She has lived and worked in Sri Lanka, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Cameroon and Peru which provided her with a keen understanding of the complex challenges faced in humanitarian settings, while offering her detailed knowledge of humanitarian funding mechanisms. In her present capacity, Dawn is helping to build strategic partnerships with new donors for IDMC that includes private foundations and individuals, corporates, and new public sector partners.
Dawn has a Master’s degree in International Development from the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver and is fluent in English and French.
Communications

Bram is responsible for the redesign and development of IDMC's website, as well as, supporting the digital content strategy with an emphasis on video production.
Prior to joining IDMC, Bram worked in communications, specifically in video content production for various outlets. He also worked on various website and IT projects for Fortuna Enterprises as well as the World Economic Forum.
Bram holds a Bachelors in Economics from Guilford College in North Carolina and is fluent in English and French.

Libby manages IDMC's social media strategy, digital communications and events.
Before joining IDMC, Libby worked most recently in digital communications for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and the World Health Organisation's Regional Office for Africa (WHO AFRO). She has nearly a decade of experience in social and digital communications ranging from public relations and marketing to humanitarian crises communications, digital verification and monitoring, and public health awareness.
Libby holds a iBA in History from York University in Toronto and an MA in Media & Development from SOAS, University of London. She is fluent in English and French, intermediate in Spanish and is always looking for opportunities to practice her Swahili, having recently relocated from East Africa.

Vivcie is responsible for rebranding IDMC's overall visual identity, developing IDMC publications, and ensuring visual branding consistency across all graphic collateral in print and digital.
Prior to joining IDMC, Vivcie worked as a Graphic Designer/Web Designer for multinational companies such as Nestlé, Logitech, and Ralph Lauren. She has worked in visual communications for seven years.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication. She is fluent in English, French, and Tagalog.

Emiliano is the Graphic Design Assistant, with a keen interest in data visualisation, he helps developing graphics and other visuals to be used in different communication channels.
Prior to joining IDMC he worked for the European Parliament as a graphic designer.
Emiliano holds a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and is fluent in Spanish, Galician and English and always open to learn new languages.

Susie is a Fundraising Specialist at IDMC, supporting the renewal of current funding partners and diversification of funding with new partners.
She came to IDMC from the environmental sector having worked for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in the US and Latin America and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Switzerland. She has 15 years of fundraising and donor communications experience, primarily supporting relationships with private donors, foundations and corporate partners.
Susie holds a BA degree in Journalism and Foreign Correspondence from Indiana University and speaks English and Spanish.

Lia is a Grants Management Officer at IDMC. Prior to joining IDMC she worked as a diplomat for the Uruguayan Foreign Service for seven years. She served at the Permanent Mission of Uruguay to the United Nations in Geneva focusing on the fight against the tobacco epidemic and supporting the work of the WHO, and acted as focal point for the labour portfolio and the ILO.
Lia holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Translation Studies, and has followed postgraduate studies in International Relations. She has also completed studies in Foreign Affairs from the Uruguayan Diplomatic Academy.
She speaks Spanish, English and French.
